Payment

At the time of booking, Customer authorizes Sticks and Stogies Mobile Cigar Lounge LLC to charge a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% of the quoted price for reservation of the event with a valid credit card or debit card. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to the scheduled Event.

Pricing is not valid for public events. If you are interested in discussing options for a large event i.e. festivals; Please contact us directly in order to assure that we are able to provide you and your guests with a top of the line cigar experience.

CANCELLATION

Requests for cancellation within 7 days of the event will be required in order to not be charged remaining balance.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Sticks & Stogies MCL will make every reasonable attempt to deliver an event. Forecast of bad weather is not an exception to the cancellation policy. However, if an event is affected by unsafe weather (tornado warnings, high winds, heavy snow, unsafe roads, or flooding), Sticks & Stogies Mobile Cigar Lounge reserves the right to reschedule your event. A refund Can be issued if the client declines rescheduling.
